Our story starts at a college party at Ball State University… one of us had a little too much fun that night, and the other one played gentleman and made sure she got home safe. Chivalry! Naturally, Scott came back the next day to ask Angie out.

Turns out she had a boyfriend.

Fast forward a few years, and we run into each other again… this time introduced by mutual friends at the Vogue in Broad Ripple, Indiana. Somewhere between "wait, do we know each other?" and the record scratch of realizing yes, we absolutely did, something clicked.

A few months of dating later, the rest was history. And now, 40 years, 2 kids, lots of doggies, and a grandbaby later, we're renewing the vows that started with a safe ride home in a Red Granada.
